About:		Situated overlooking the Pier Marina, Pesci's on the water is truly one of Cairn's most attractive dining environments. Relax while looking out over the Trinity Inlet and wash away the time enjoying the view, which on any given day can contain game boats returning with their catch, outriggers training up and down the inlet or at night the light from the moon flickering off the water. From a selection of seafood dishes caught right off our back door to the finest produce fresh from the tropical NQ Tablelands, even the fussiest of critiques can be satisfied with the range of expertly prepared cuisines. All the ingredients are the freshest possible and only organic poultry and grain fed beef is used.
